The Valentine Little Helper Oven Mitt was designed to match the 18" Doll Valentine Kitchen Set and the Valentine Little Helper Potholder - both sold separately.
Your little one will love matching her favorite doll!

But if a girl's going to work in the kitchen, she needs the proper tools!
The Valentine Little Helper Oven Mitt set includes child sized Oven Mitts sized just perfect for her!
The Oven Mitt comes in two sizes for the 5x7 and 6x10 hoop. Each oven mitt is made in one hooping with no additional hand sewing required! They have a fleece layer with in the hoop quilting for added realism! It has a ribbon loop for hanging.

Valentine Little Helper Oven Mitt Set (includes pes, jef & hus formats):
Oven Mitt Instructions:
6x10 mitt needs:
2 pieces of 8 x 18" fabric folded and pressed to 8x9"
1 piece of 8x9" fleece
1 3" piece of 3/8" ribbon
5x7 mitt needs:
2 pieces of 7 x 16" fabric folded and pressed to 7x8"
1 piece of 7x8" fleece
1 3" piece of 3/8" ribbon
1. Hoop one layer of stabilizer.
Stitch first color (oven mitt fabric placement outline).
2. Place the piece of fleece INSIDE one folded piece of fabric so it is sandwiched between fabric. Press.
Place folded fabric/fleece on top of oven mitt fabric placement outline, with folded edge of fabric even with outline horizontal straight line.
Stitch second color to secure.
3. Stitch third color (heart quilting part one).
Stitch fourth color (heart quilting part two).
4. Fold ribbon in half and place loop at right side of design approximately 1/4" from bottom edge.
Loop should be inside design with approximately 1/4-1/2" of cut ends extending to right side of design.
Stitch fifth color to secure.
5. Place second piece of folded fabric on top of design with folded edge even with folded edge of previous piece of fabric.
Stitch final color to secure.
6. Remove from hoop and trim around perimeter of design leaving approximately 1/4" seam allowance. Trim stabilizer close to folded fabric edge.
Clip curves well. Turn right side out and press.
You're finished!
