ToothFairy and Angel Pillowcase Pocket Instructions:

These are a very simple in the hoop project!

1.  Hoop one layer of tearaway or cutaway stabilizer.

2.  Pin your pillowcase to the stabilizer being certain that pins are not in the way of the presser foot by doing  a test layout.

3.  Stitch the design including the first pocket outline.

4. Fold a scrap of fabric in half and place so the folded edge is approximately 1/4" below the upper side edges of the pocket outline.  Stitch the second pocket outline.

5.  Trim the fabric close to the pocket stitching outline.  I use tiny curved scissors to get as close as possible.  Others prefer to use applique scissors.

6.  Stitch the final color.  This will stitch the toothfairy/angel's dress as well as finish the exposed edges of the pocket!  You're finished!
