The princess from set one can be sewn with black hair to make a perfect snow white! (Princess is not included in set four.)

Turret Topper for the 5x7 hoop

(The Castle pockets 1 and 2 are not included nor any of the finger puppets.  This is only for the Turret Tower Topper.)

Turret Topper Instructions:

1.  Hoop 2 layers of tearaway or cutaway stabilizer.

2.  Place one  half sheet of felt on top of hoop and pin around edges being careful that pins will not be in the path of the presser foot.

3. Sew the first color.  This will sew the outline of the turret, the buttonholes, and the pocket placement outline.

4.  Place a quarter piece of felt so the top edge is slightly below the upper edges of the pocket outline and slightly extending over all the edges of the outline.

5.  Sew the second color.  This will secure the pocket in place.  LEAVING FABRIC IN HOOP, carefully trim the pocket along the outline stitching.

6.  Sew the final color.  This will finish the pocket edge.

7.  Carefully open the buttonholes with a seam ripper to small scissors.

8.  Sew buttons on the back of the top Castle pocket and button turret on.

9.  For added stability you may wish to tack the castle pocket hanger to the back of the turret or add a small ribbon loop to the back of the turret for hanging in lieu of the castle pocket hanger.
