Storybook Rapunzel 5x7 Applique Set (includes pes, jef & hus formats):

 

 Storybook Rapunzel Instructions:

1. Hoop item to be appliqued as desired.

 Stitch first color (face fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch second color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch third color (face satin stitching).

2.  Stitch fourth color (dress fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch fifth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch sixth color (dress satin stitching).

3.  Stitch seventh color (tower fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch eighth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch ninth color (tower satin stitching and tower window outline).

Carefully cut away fabric from inside tower window being VERY careful not to cut stitching or face/dress pieces underneath.

Stitch tenth color (trim away any fuzzies).

Stitch 11th color (window satin stitching).

4.  Stitch 12th color (hair fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch 13th color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch 14th color (hair satin stitching).

 Stitch 15th color (cheeks).
Stitch 16th color (eyes, smile).
