Storybook Little Bo Peep Instructions:

 

1. Hoop item to be appliqued as desired.

 Stitch first color (face fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch second color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch third color (face satin stitching and arm fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch fourth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch fifth color (arm satin stitching and second arm fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch sixth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch seventh color (arm satin stitching and legs fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch eighth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch ninth color (legs satin stitching).

2.  Stitch tenth color (hair fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch 11th color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch 12th color (hair satin stitching).

3.  Stitch 13th color (cheeks).

4.  Stitch 14th color (eyes, mouth).

5.   Stitch 15th color (shirt fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch 16th color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch 17th color (shirt satin stitching).

Stitch 18th color (bow fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch 19th color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch 20th color (bow satin stitching).

6.  Stitch 21st color (dress fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch 22nd color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch 23rd color (dress satin stitching).

7. Stitch 24th color (shoes).

Stitch 25th color (crook fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of outline, covering completely.

Stitch 26th color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

Stitch 27th color (crook satin stitching).

8.  Stitch 28th color (sheep face).

Stitch 29th color (sheep body).

Stitch 30th color (ear).

You're finished!

Stitch 23rd color (eyes, smile).
