My Mom is visiting me for two weeks and we are working on stitching 300 Softies for a local charity project. While I have plenty of softies on my website, it didn't take long to figure out that 15-20 minutes per softie was not going to work out for us when making such a large number! So....
Jumbo Quickie Softies are just what the name says... QUICK to stitch!
These large softies are perfect when you need to make a large quantity of softies. We've taken some of our favorite softies and modified them with fewer details, less satin stitching, and in some cases easier to turn shapes so they are SUPER quick and easy to stitch. Each one is sized for the 6x10 hoop, yet stitches in eight minutes or less! They are made from fun flannel prints which gives them their novelty look with very little stitching required!
I've also modified the faces on these softies so they all have smiles. :)
Each Jumbo Quickie Softie is made entirely in one hooping with just one small seam to be sewn shut by hand or machine after stuffing.
You'll be amazed at how quickly you can make these! We were able to make approximately 10 Jumbo Quickie Softies from just one yard of flannel!
The Jumbo Quickie Monster Softies Set includes:
Jumbo Quickie Monster Softie ONE 7 minutes stitching time!
Jumbo Quickie Monster Softie TWO 8 minutes stitching time!
