The Pilgrim Finger Puppets are the fifth design in the In The Hoop Holiday Series!

The Pilgrim Finger Puppets are designed for the 4x4 hoop.

They are made from inexpensive felt and are a very quick and easy project!

Each finger puppet requires 9 minutes stitching time!

Pilgrim Finger Puppets(includes pes, jef & hus formats): 

1. Hoop one layer of stabilizer.

Place a 5x5" piece of felt centered on top of stabilizer.

Stitch first color to secure.

2. Stitch second color (face).

Stitch third color (hair).

Stitch fourth color (facial features and clothing satin stitching).

Stitch fifth color (hat, collar).

Stitch sixth color (cheeks). 

3.  Float a second 5x5" piece of felt UNDER hooped design.

Stitch final color to secure.

Remove from hoop. Trim around perimeter of design.

You're finished!

    Pilgrim Boy Finger Puppets instructions:

1. Hoop one layer of stabilizer.

Place a 5x5" piece of felt centered on top of stabilizer.

Stitch first color to secure.

2. Stitch second color (face).

Stitch third color (hair).

Stitch fourth color (hat, facial features and clothing satin stitching).

Stitch fifth color (hat, collar).

Stitch sixth color (cheeks). 

Stitch seventh color (hat buckle). 

3.  Float a second 5x5" piece of felt UNDER hooped design.

Stitch final color to secure.

Remove from hoop. Trim around perimeter of design.

You're finished!
