The Love Letter Hanger is already stamped addressed "To The One I Love..."  Simply stitch it out and fill with treats for the one YOU love!

 The Love Letter Hanger was designed for the 5x7 hoop.  It is made completely in one hooping with no hand sewing required!  The Love Letter Hanger has a grosgrain ribbon handle so it can be hung on a door knob, bedpost, or chair back.  The roomy pocket can be filled with a love letter or other treats for that special someone!

Love Letter Hanger

1. Hoop one layer of cutaway stabilizer.

Stitch first color (love letter hanger fabric placement outline).

 Cut two 7x12" pieces of fabric and fold in half so they are 7x6".

Place one piece of folded fabric on top of fabric placement outline so design area is completely covered and folded edge is even with top straight line of design.

Stitch second color to secure.

2. Cut a 10-12" piece of 7/8" grosgrain ribbon.  Slip one end of ribbon between folded edge and stabilizer on left hand side of design so cut edge is inside approximately 3/4".

Tape to secure in place.

Slip opposite end of ribbon on right hand side of design in the same manner.

Tape to secure in place.

Stitch third color to secure.

3. Stitch fourth color (stamp outline).

Stitch fifth color (stamp square).

Stitch sixth color (stamp heart).

Stitch seventh color (wording).

4.  Place second folded piece of fabric on top of first so design is completely covered and folded edge is even with previously placed folded edge.

Stitch final color to secure.

Remove from hoop.  Trim stabilizer from inside of opening of design.

Trim around perimeter of design leaving approximately 1/4-1/2" seam allowance and clipping curvers and corners. 

Turn right side out.
