The 2 Minute Felt Animal Book buddies are incredibly quick and easy to make! Each one can be made in one 4x4 hooping and requires only 2 minutes stitching time!
The 2 Minute Felt Animal Book Buddies were designed to be stitched from inexpensive felt with no hand sewing or water soluble stabilier required!

Felt Puppy Book Buddy:
1. Hoop one layer of cutaway stabilizer.
Stitch first color (puppy outline and ribbon placement outline).
Place a 10" piece of ribbon centered on top of ribbon placement outline so approximately 1/2" of cut end is extending above ribbon placement line, and remainder of ribbon extends below ribbon placement line.
Stitch second color to secure.
2. Cover entire design with a piece of felt.
Stitch third color to secure.
3. Stitch fourth color eye spot.
Stitch fifth color (eyes).
Stitch sixth color (nose).
Stitch seventh color (mouth).
4. Float a second piece of felt UNDER hooped design, covering completely.
Stitch final color to secure.
Remove from hoop. Trim around perimeter of design being careful not to cut ribbon.
You're finished!
Felt Teddy Book Buddy:
1. Hoop one layer of cutaway stabilizer.
Stitch first color (teddy outline and ribbon placement outline).
Place a 10" piece of ribbon centered on top of ribbon placement outline so approximately 1/2" of cut end is extending above ribbon placement line, and remainder of ribbon extends below ribbon placement line.
Stitch second color to secure.
2. Cover entire design with a piece of felt.
Stitch third color to secure.
3. Stitch fourth color (eyes).
Stitch fifth color (nose).
Stitch sixth color (mouth).
4. Float a second piece of felt UNDER hooped design, covering completely.
Stitch final color to secure.

Stitch third color to secure.
3. Stitch fourth color (eyes).
