The Deluxe Giraffe Puppet Set is the fourth set in the Puppet Preorder Series.

The Deluxe Giraffe Puppet set includes puppets for three hoop sizes!

They are made from fleece or felt and colorful cotton fabric scraps!

I used a giraffe print cotton for my puppets, but they would also work great with polka dotted prints!

They are very easy to make and each puppet is made in one hooping with no further sewing required.

There are only five color changes in each puppet!

Deluxe Giraffe Puppet Set (includes pes, jef & hus formats): 

 

Deluxe Giraffe Puppet Instructions:

1. Hoop one layer of cutaway stabilizer.

Place a piece of felt or fleece one inch wider and one inch longer than hoop directly on top of stabilizer.

Stitch first color (giraffe body fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric totally covering giraffe body outline.

2. Stitch second color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to giraffe body stitching as possible without cutting fabric underneath or stitching.

3.  Stitch third color (giraffe body satin stitching).

4.  Stitch fourth color (eyes, nose, mouth).

5.  Float a second piece of felt or fleece, identical in size to the piece in step one, UNDERNEATH hoop.

Stitch final color.

Remove from hoop and trim around perimeter of design.
