The Cupcake Tie Tag was design for the 4x4 hoop.  It is made entirely in one hooping with no hand sewing required!

The Cupcake Tie Tag makes a fun alternative to a bow.  Bright ribbon is threaded through the slits and the Tie Tag can be tied around a variety of items!
