The Chunky Applique sets were designed to coordinate with the Chunky Softies series!

Chunky Duck Appliques are made in three hoop sizes.

 Chunky Ducks can be as girly or boyish as you want them to be simply by varying the fabric design/colors.

The Chunky Duck Applique Set includes:

 Chunky Duck Applique Instructions:

1.  Hoop item to be appliqued as desired.

Stitch first color (duck fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric totally covering duck outline.

Stitch second color to secure.

2.  Trim fabric as closely to duck outline as possible being careful not to cut stitching or fabric underneath.

3.  Stitch third color (duck satin stitching).

4.  Stitch fourth color (foot fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of foot outline, covering completely.

5.  Stitch fifth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to stitching as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

6.  Stitch sixth color (first foot satin stitching and second foot fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of second foot outline, covering completely.

7.  Stitch seventh color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to stitching as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

8.  Stitch eightth color (second foot satin stitching and beak fabric placement outline).

Place a piece of fabric on top of beak outline, covering completely.

9.  Stitch ninth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to stitching as possible, being careful not to cut fabric underneath or stitching.

10.  Stitch tenth color (beak satin stitching).

11.  Stitch eleventh color (eyes, mouth).
