 Chalk Mat Paper Dolls are perfect for little ones who are too young to dress conventional paper dolls!

These fun boy and girl outlines are stitched onto chalk fabric.

Your little one can custom color their Chalk Mat Paper Dolls' hair, facial features and clothing using colored chalk. 

When finished, simply wipe with a paper towel and begin again!

Chalk Mat Paper Dolls (includes pes, jef & hus formats):

 Chalk Mat Paper Dolls Instructions:

1. Hoop one or two layers of tearaway stabilizer.

Place a 7x9" piece of chalk fabric on top of stabilizer, centered.

Stitch first color to secure.

2. Stitch second color (face and arms).

Stitch third color (hair).

Stitch fourth color (shirt).

Stitch fifth color (shoes).

Stitch sixth color (pants).

3.  Float a 7x9" piece of fabric UNDER hooped design, FACE DOWN.

Stitch seventh color to secure.

Trim both chalk fabric and fabric under hoop as closely to outline stitching as possible being careful not to cut stitching or stabilizer.

Stitch final color (outline satin stitching).

4. Remove from hoop.  Remove excess stabilizer.

You're finished!
