The Balloon Baby Scatter Softies are designed for the 6x10 hoop and 5x7 hoop.

Made from inexpensive fleece, these softies are each made entirely in one hooping with just one small seam to be sewn shut by hand upon completion!

Balloon Baby Scatter Softie Set (includes pes, jef & hus formats):

 Balloon Baby and Star Baby Scatter Softie:

1. Hoop one layer of cut away stabilizer.

Place a piece of fleece on top of hooped stabilizer, centered.

Stitch first color to secure.

2.  Stitch second color (softie face).

3.  Stitch third color (eyes, mouth).

Stitch fourth color (cheeks).

4.  Stitch fifth color (balloon strings).

  Stitch sixth color (1st set balloons).

Stitch seventh color (2nd set balloons).

Stitch eighth color (3rd set balloons).

Stitch ninth color (fourth set balloons).

5.  Place a second piece of fleece on top of hooped design, covering completely.

Stitch final color to secure.

6.  Remove from hoop. 

Trim around perimeter of design leaving approximately 1/4-1/2" seam allowance.

Clip corners and curves very well.

Turn right side out.

Stuff with fiberfil as desired.

Sew small seam opening closed by hand.
