BabyBear Softies:

1. Hoop one layer of cutaway or tearaway stabilizer.

Place a piece of fleece 2" wider and 2" longer than hoop size, centered on top of stabilizer.

Stitch first color to secure(bear bunting outline).

2. Stitch second color (baby face fabric placement outline).

Cover outline completely with a piece of fabric.

Stitch third color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to stitching as possible being careful not to cut stitching or fabric underneath.

Stitch fourth color (baby face satin stitching).

Stitch fifth color (eyes).

Stitch sixth color (nose).

Stitch seventh color (smile).

3.  Place a second piece of fleece, same size as the first, on top of design, covering completely.

Stitch final color to secure.

Remove from hoop.  Trim around perimeter of design leaving approximately 1/4-1/2" seam allowance and clipping curves and corners well.

Turn right side out.

Stuff and sew small seam opening closed by hand.

You're finished!
