The Nativity Hand Puppets Set TWO is the second set in the 6x10 Nativity Hand Puppets Series.

I've had numerous requests for Jumbo Nativity Hand Puppets for the 6x10 hoop, and they are finally here!

The second set includes a shepherd and an angel hand puppet for the 6x10 hoop.

Each puppet is made from inexpensive felt and cotton scraps using quick and easy applique.

Nativity Hand Puppets for the 6x10 hoop SET TWO(includes pes, jef & hus formats):

  

Nativity Angel Puppet Instructions: 1.  Hoop one layer of stabilizer. Center a 9x11" piece of felt on top of stabilizer. Stitch first color to secure. 2. Stitch second color (hands). 3.  Stitch third color (wings). 4.  Stitch fourth color (clothing fabric placement outline). Place a piece of fabric on top of clothing outline, covering completely. Stitch fifth color to secure. Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible being careful not to cut stitching or felt underneath. Stitch sixth color (clothing satin stitching). 5.  Stitch seventh color (face fabric placement outline). Place a piece of fabric on top of face outline, covering completely. Stitch eighth color to secure. Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible being careful not to cut stitching or felt underneath. Stitch ninth color (face satin stitching, nose). 6.  Stitch tenth color (hair fabric placement outline). Place a piece of fabric on top of hair outline, covering completely. Stitch 11th color to secure. Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible being careful not to cut stitching or felt underneath. Stitch 12th color (hair satin stitching). 7.  Stitch 13th color (facial features). 9. Float a second 9x11" piece of felt UNDER hooped design. Stitch final color to secure. Trim around perimeter of puppet. You're finished!   Shepherd Hand Puppet Instructions: 1.  Hoop one layer of stabilizer. Center a 9x11" piece of felt on top of stabilizer. Stitch eighth color (nose). 5.  Stitch ninth color (hair and beard). 6.  Stitch tenth color (head covering fabric placement outline). Place a piece of fabric on top of head covering outline, covering completely. Stitch 11th color to secure. Trim fabric as closely to outline as possible being careful not to cut stitching or felt underneath. Stitch 12th color (head covering satin stitching). 7.  Stitch 13th color (facial features). 8.  Stitch 14th color (head covering trim). 9.  Stitch 15th color (Sheep). 10.  Stitch 16th color (sheep's ear). 11. Float a second 9x11" piece of felt UNDER hooped design. Stitch final color to secure. Trim around perimeter of puppet. You're finished!
