Silverware Pocket Roll Instructions:
2 pieces of 6x16" fabric folded so they are 6x8 "
1 piece of 6 x 11" fabric folded so it is 6 x 5.5"
1 28" piece of ribbon folded in half.
1. Hoop one layer of tearaway stabilizer.
2. Stitch the first color (fabric placement line).
3. Place one piece of piece of folded 6x8" fabric on top of fabric placement line, so folded edge is even with the top edges of fabric placement line stitching.
4. Stitch second color (secures in place and adds pocket placement stitching line).
5. Place 6 x 5.5" fabric on top of hooped stabilizer/fabric so folded edge of fabric is even with the horizontal pocket placement line.
6. Stitch third color (secures in place and stitches pocket dividers).
7. Stitch fourth color (ribbon placement line).
8. Place folded ribbon centered over ribbon placement line so approximately 1/2" of ribbon folded end extends to the left of the design and rest of ribbon is within the design.
9. Stitch the fifth color to secure in place. Fold right hand side of ribbon and tape within the design so the edge does not cross the stitching outline and become sewn down in the next step.
10. Add second piece of folded 6 x 8" fabric on top hooped stabilizer/fabric, so folded edge is even with the top folded edge of first fabric.
11. Stitch the final color to secure in place.
12. Remove from hoop and remove stabilizer. Trim around perimeter of design leaving approximately 1/4" seam allowance and clipping corners.
13. Turn inside out.
Insert napkin into center pocket and silverware into small pockets and tie.
You're finished!
