The 5x7 Rooster utilizes quick and easy applique for a jumbo design that requires only 16 minutes stitching time!  This  guy is sized great for dish towels for the kitchen!

5x7 Rooster Applique Instructions:

1. Hoop item to be appliqued as desired.

Stitch first color (beak).

Stitch second color (comb fabric placement outline).

Cover outline completely with a piece of fabric.

Stitch third color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outlne stitching as possible being careful not to cut stitching or fabric underneath.

Stitch fourth color (satin stitching).

2. Stitch fifth color (tail fabric placement outline).

Cover outline completely with a piece of fabric.

Stitch sixth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outlne stitching as possible being careful not to cut stitching or fabric underneath.

Stitch seventh color (satin stitching).

3. Stitch eighth color (body fabric placement outline).

Cover outline completely with a piece of fabric.

Stitch ninth color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outlne stitching as possible being careful not to cut stitching or fabric underneath.

Stitch tenth color (satin stitching).

4. Stitch 11th color (head fabric placement outline).

Cover outline completely with a piece of fabric.

Stitch 12th color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outlne stitching as possible being careful not to cut stitching or fabric underneath.

Stitch 13th color (satin stitching and wing fabric placement outline).

Cover outline completely with a piece of fabric.

Stitch 14th color to secure.

Trim fabric as closely to outlne stitching as possible being careful not to cut stitching or fabric underneath.

Stitch 15th color (satin stitching).
