The 2 Minute Felt Car/Toy Carrier is made completely in one hooping in just 2 minutes stitching time with no hand sewing required!  This cute carrier has four jumbo sized pockets, two on each side.  It can hold toy cars, little figurines and many more treasures!  The 2 Minute Felt Car/Toy Carrier was designed for the 5x7 hoop and has a ribbon strap.  They are designed specifically for inexpensive novelty felt

 2 Minute Felt Car/Toy Carrier Instructions:

Cut 2 pieces of felt in half so they are approximately 6x9".

1. Hoop one layer of cutaway stabilizer.

Stitch first color (car carrier fabric placement outline and ribbon strap placement outlines).

Cut a 12" piece of ribbon and place one end centered on top of left ribbon strap so approximately 1/2" extends below ribbon line and remainder of ribbon extends outside design.

Tape in place to secure.

Stitch second color to secure.

 Place second end centered on top of right ribbon strap so approximately 1/2" extends below ribbon line.

Tape in place to secure.

Stitch third color to secure.

2.  Float one piece of cut felt UNDER hooped design, covering design completely.

Place second piece of cut felt on top of hooped design, covering design completely.

Stitch fourth color to secure and to stitch pocket placement line.

 3.  Float third piece of felt UNDER hooped design so top edge is even with pocket placement line and design under pocket placement line is completely covered.

 Place fourth piece of felt on top of hooped design so top edge is even with pocket placement line and design under pocket placement line is completely covered.

Stitch final color to secure.

 Remove from hoop.  Carefully trim all felt/stabilizer around perimeter of design being sure not to cut ribbon straps.  I cut one layer at a time for best results.
