The 18in Doll Ornament set is the first set in the 18" Doll Mini Series!  Thank you to everyone who preordered this series.

Your little girl will love having  a special tree just for her 18" doll!  This set includes four ornaments and a special tree topper designed for a miniature tree.  All items are made completely in the hoop with no hand stitching required from inexpensive felt!  Each item can be made in the 4x4 hoop.

 Star Tree Topper Instructions:

1. Hoop cutaway or tearaway stabilizer.

Stitch first color (fabric placement outline).

Cover outline completely with a piece of felt.

Stitch second color to secure.

Float a second piece of felt under design, covering completely.

Stitch third color.

2.  Remove from hoop.  Trim around perimeter of design leaving a 1/8" border.

You're finished!

Gingerman Ornament

1. Hoop cutaway or tearaway stabilizer.

Stitch first color (fabric outline and ribbon placement line).

Cut a 7" piece of narrow ribbon.

Fold ribbon in a loop and place centered over ribbon placement line so approximately 1/4" of cut ends extend inside design outline, and loop extends above design.

TAPE IN PLACE.

Stitch  second color to secure ribbon.

2.  Cover design completely with a piece of felt.

Stitch third color to secure.

Stitch fourth color (icing, nose).

Stitch fifth color (eyes, mouth).

3. Float a second piece of felt UNDER hooped design, covering design completely.

Stitch final color to secure.

4. Remove from hoop.

Carefully trim around perimeter of design being VERY CAREFUL not to cut ribbon loop. (you will need to trim the front layer first and the back layer/stabilizer secondly around the ribbon loop area to avoid cutting ribbon).

Snowman Ornament

1. Hoop cutaway or tearaway stabilizer.

Stitch first color (fabric outline and ribbon placement line).

Cut a 7" piece of narrow ribbon.

Fold ribbon in a loop and place centered over ribbon placement line so approximately 1/4" of cut ends extend inside design outline, and loop extends above design.

Stitch third color to secure.

Stitch fourth color (snowball trim on center).

Stitch fifth color (eyes, mouth).

Stitch sixth color (carrot nose).

3. Float a second piece of felt UNDER hooped design, covering design completely.

Stitch final color to secure.

4. Remove from hoop.
